Xavier Fernandes (they/them)
Founder & Mentor
Xavier, known as XAV, is a curator, experience designer, cultural strategist, and artist mentor.
Their work focuses on helping artists understand where they are, clarify where they want to go, and build realistic pathways towards it.
Drawing from experience across arts management, design, communications, and independent cultural practice, XAV combines reflection with practical strategy—supporting artists with creative direction, positioning, project and experience development, cultural ecosystem navigation, and turning ideas into actionable next steps.
Blake Zigrossi (he/him)
Co-Founder & Consultant
Blake is the Associate Director of Abbozzo Gallery and an expert in artistic management. With a background in Literature and Cultural Management, he leads the business development and creative direction of the gallery. He serves on the Board of the Art Dealers Association of Canada (ADAC).
